Employee Assistance Program

Our cost-effective EAP is designed to provide the corporate community with an effective, high quality service. We assist in designing the EAP policy, provide all in-house material to promote the program, provide on-site employee orientation and intensive supervisory/management training which is designed to help managers/supervisors to identify and motivate the troubled employee to seek and accept help.

Complete assessment, combined with active follow-up, ensure that employees stay productive on the job. Counseling is provided on an out-patient basis, with in-patient referral when appropriate.

Our Employee Assistance Program operates on the national level, thus ensuring availability of high quality services to all employees in all locations. Employees can access the EAP 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Prompt appointments, including evening and weekend times are available.
